Well, here we are going off on another adventure...this time to Cancun, Mexico. The reason for the trip is that I am attending a Masters Swimming training camp. Six of us from my club, the Thunder Rays Masters, will be guests of the Ottawa Technosport club. There may be 60 or more swimmers at this camp. A big thank you to Duane, Head Coach, for allowing us to join in this great adventure.
We are staying at the Moon Palace and from what I have been told, it should be amazing. The resort itself is huge and we also have access to two sister resorts on the property.
We will be swimming in a gorgeous 50 metre pool at 7 a.m. I believe we will have two hour workouts. Best to get in done before it gets too hot.
